Positive: The hot tub was a real hit. Loved the 2 cats 😊 Beautiful beach 10.mins away
Negative: I found the house a bit cold at times, parts of the house are the old house and some are new extension. We didn't have access to the heating from what I could see there was 1 electric heater in the kitchen we could use. The quilts were very light for my liking, in the winter you would need heavier bedding. The rooms are clean but very basic. Would suggest valance sheets to cover bed bases and matching bed covers would make rooms more appealing. Would suggest blinds to be repaired on velux windows, 1 window had none at all.

Positive: The location was serene and beautiful. In the morning you'd only hear distant mooing from the cows and the wood pigeons cooing. The hot tub was divine although it took overnite to heat up. The house is very spacious and would be perfect also for a family with small children as there is a play area and a trampoline. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. Kitchen worked well. The garden was lovely. You're within 15 to 20 min drive from one of the best Nature Reserves, the Raven Point and its miles long sandy beach.
Negative: The side door handle broke but probably just needs tightening. Would have liked more soft seating in the living area. Furnishings could do with updating.

Positive: Tranquility at it's finest. The location is perfect if you want to get away from the daily routine of life. The house is amazing, open and bright. The garden I could have sat out in for hours, it was just perfect. The hot tub was an excellent touch, perfect for the evening time to relax in. The rooms and facilities were excellent. 100% we will be back. The village Blackwater which was less than a 5 minute drive from the house is quaint and picturesque. We ate from The village chipper, delicious food and friendly staff. We brought our 2 dogs and they enjoyed sniffing around the grounds of the house.

Positive: The property was very spacious and clean both inside and out. The host was very accommodating, helpful and quick to respond to any questions/queries. Having a hot tub was a great bonus. Looking forward to doing it again next year.
Negative: I can't think of anything negative to say about this property.
Summary: It was the perfect place to stay for a break will definitely be looking to book again next year

Positive: I loved that it was so family-friendly. It rained one of the days, and the children enjoyed playing with all the toys in the play room. There is much to entertain young children. Huge trampoline, swing, windy house, etc.. The hot tub was such a treat when we put the toddlers down. There is a huge amount of space in the house, and the bath upstairs is also fabulous. Always hot water which was great. House was clean and cosy and lovely feel to it. So much amenities close via car. Village only 5 min drive with a huge spar that has everything. Farms and play centres close by. We didn't get the weather for the beach but to be honest it didn't matter my 2 year old kept asking to go back to the house when we were out as they loved the space so much. I will be back definitely.
Negative: I can't say I found fault with any of the house.
